Hi There and thank you for visiting our website. Our villa is privately owned by ourselves, and is not a timeshare. We live in Renfrew, Scotland with our two daughters and our son , our villa is the realisation of our dreams. We hope that after your have visited our website that you will let us share our home in the sun with you and your family.

Our villa is located in Greater Grove, Clermont, on an up-market development just off Highway 192 / 27, and is just 15 minutes from the magic of Disney World!

Although the home is close to all amenities and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Greater Grove is situated in a quiet area where half the properties are owned by U.S. citizens and others by U.K. owners. The development features in most of the Executive Class Homes in the leading holiday brochures.

Kissimmee is located 5 minutes away and is situated in the heart of 'Vacationland', just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport. It is also an ideal location if you wish to travel and discover Florida. The Interstate 4 (I-4) which runs east to west is just 10 minutes away, while the Florida turnpike (US 1) which runs from Florida right up the east coast of America is 15 minutes away.

Close by are all the attractions and theme parks including the magical world of Disney! Sea World, Universal Studios, Splendid China, Wet'n'Wild and numerous other fun filled activities.

Our villa is a detached property with a spacious floor plan, vaulted ceilings and air conditioning. It has its own private screened swimming pool (30ft x 18ft). It is rented as a 4 bedroom home and it has 3 bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a microwave oven. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining areas are all fully furnished and beautifully decorated in 'Floridian' style.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned after each let by our agents, who are also based in Greater Grove. They also look after the garden and swimming pool. All your linen is provided, including bedding, bath towels, etc. Please note : You are asked to take your own beach towels.

Our villa has its own private screened pool, but you can still use the larger community pool if you prefer. Next to the main pool is 2 tennis courts, basketball court and a Tot Lot for the kids. All of these facilities can be used free of charge. As you can see in the above photo , our wall to the rear thus giving you more privacy.

You pay for the villa , not per person and the villa sleeps between 8 - 10 people, so the more people in your party, the cheaper it is per person.
